TRADE SUMMARY: market moved into a grade B zone. I have entered on retrace. Market then slowly moved lower and overnight got me out.

Good:

• Spot on

Bad:

• Did not adjust risk per trade appropriately, should have been 0.5%
• This trade and GOLD, with following GOLD higher without me, led to a serious of stupid orders, that I have canceled afterwards but were initially damaging to my trading (TILT)

To Improve:

• Always grade the zone and remember to adjust risk size per the quality of the zone
