Is your trading training that intense?

The question is: Do you train at all? I do not mean just by trading. I mean practicing, going through historical trades, review you recorded trades {good and bad}, your emotional notes, your tapes, your plays over and over again. Everyday, rigorously. Do you have at least some kind of a training program? If not, why do you expect to become a success? Nothing comes for free! So get your own training/trading program together and work hard every day. That is the only way how to succeed in this game! By immense repetition with great deal of focus.
