Week ahead – AUDJPY, EURJPY, EURGBP, dollar pairs and fundamentals

For the upcoming week I am interested in watching several JPY pairs mostly EURJPY and AUDJPY. The one I like the most is the AUDJPY which was playing around 86level and now pulled back to 86,90. The 86 was a critical level to break and even it was broken with pretty high volume it couldn’t move towards 85level. From weekly point of view we are approaching 200SMA which is very interesting dynamic S/R level on this pair so if the 86 wont be broken this week I am expecting AUDJPY to move north towards 89leve. The other very nice level is laying on GBPUSD at 1,54 and judging from very bullish daily view this level will be broken since we are just a few pips away. I am gonna wait for the opening and look for opportunities to go long above this level. On the other hand we have EURGBP which is close to 0,8785. I am not sure about this pair so I am gonna wait for more developments there. Another pairs I am watching are NZDUSD and EURUSD. For more see image gallery.

 

From the COT point of view $INDEX is slowly looking bearish and we might see finally some pullback in dollar gaining pairs. The view is not perfect but we are getting to the bearish mode! EUR futures also look over bullish in terms of sentiment so we will see what upcoming week will bring us. I am expecting to trade tomorrows morning session but I am not feeling very well after very busy weekend. The weather is shit for last two days with constantly changing conditions :). Does it remind you something? Anyway. All eyes on GAP strategy since the opening is in 11minutes. If there is any gap which will be worth a trade I will post it otherwise speak to you tomorrow.
