How do you wanna feel?
Recently I have given presentation about Biohacking to couple of corporate employees. Prior to that I was bit nervous. I have welcomed the nervousness in my consciousness. I then asked myself one important question. How do I feel when I am telling information I found exciting to my best friend? Answer: I am energised, excited, little in tense but super happy. Happy that I can share a great story with him. I then took the energy of that feeling and applied it in short 2 minutes visualisation of my upcoming presention that day. It worked like magic. I really enjoyed the presentation and the energy it has produced. It made me happy and reminded me to ask next time when I will feel nervous: how do I wanna feel? And then apply the feeling.
